Car had been running rough (but not OMG i need to fix it rough)for ages
VIDA showed trim fuel issue and MAF sensor issue
Didn't take much notice.
Car started stalling after starting, had to investigate more.
Volvo MAF is $600.
Removed MAF completely and used LiquidMoly MAF cleaner spray for $13.99
Reinstalled MAF - Car ran rough for a few minutes after but NOW WOW!!!!
Has never run as well. No hesitation between gear changes at WOT
Throttle response is awesome. Feels like the car is on steroids.
I think the MAF may have been dodgy for the whole time i've had the car.
lets hope it holds up.
Re-ran VIDA, all codes now clear.
Not sure why i'm writing so much in my service log on here but whatever.

0280218088 Bosch costs about AUD$190 if you really need one. Shop around on FCP Euro and Amazon US site for the best price; use the MVS linking page. Glad that a clean sorted this MAF out; gives us all hope!!
