I've used Metropolitan Motors near Exit 7 off I90 on Mercer Island. Certified Volvo Mechanic, easy to talk to, honest etc.

I've spoken to a mechanic at Viking on Aurora who really knew his sh!t. Didn't have any work done there, just bought parts.
