A quick question..anyone have a slightly lumpy shift from 2nd - 3rd in their geartronic? Mine has a harsher shift. Other gears are fine. It has done 134000km. Valvebody done under warranty at 75000km.

Hi all!
A quick question..anyone have a slightly lumpy shift from 2nd - 3rd in their geartronic? Mine has a harsher shift. Other gears are fine. It has done 134000km. Valvebody done under warranty at 75000km.

If that's all your problem, consider yourself lucky.
I would change the fluid (to ATF 3309), check for any software updates and reset all the tranny adaptors.
This could help you big time (or again maybe not
) these transmissions are all crap shoots.
You can also ask them to change the B4 servo cover (which can go bad) This is very cheap, part is about $13 and 10 minutes of labor.
This control some of the upshifting, more for shift flares but at this preice, worth a shot
