Low beam lamp no power (Pass side) 2000 S40 1.9L, 92,000 mil

My low beam passenger side lamp is no longer working. (The driver side is working fine. ) I tested the connectors with a voltage meter and am getting no readings from the harness connector. I traced it back to the fusebox under the hood and tested both fuses which are good and receiving 12 volts. So the problem lies between the harness connector and the fuse box under the hood. Anyone know of any wiring diagrams I can look at it to see how this wiring is routed? Anyone familiar or expereince such a problem? Greatly appreciate your input.

Check with your dealer- there was a service bulletin about 00 and 01 V40 headlight wiring. Most 2001 had the fix at the factory.
