Good day friends I have a question, Is it possible to use a 2002 S60 2.4 L cylinder head on a 1995 850 t5 2.3L engine.

Anything is probably possible. With enough tools, skills and $$$, you could probably fit a 4 cylinder 1986 Ford escort head on there. A question that I have is, why would you want to try? What car are you planning to put it in?

Stick with 98 or older TURBO 2.3L cylinder head for ease of installation.

99 and above have VVT.

This head swap is done frequently by posters over at Volvospeed, making it work in the engine bay requires a bit of work but the head geometries are compatible.
