94 850 Turbo Wagon started stalling while idling/stopped

Rspi is right (as usual). Check fuel delivery first. In a '94, you're running Motronic 4.3, which can not be read with common OBDII-readers. See if you have the diagnostic boxes under the hood, by the ECU, or take it to a dealer and get the codes read.

I do have the little diagnostic boxes, will have to find the list of codes to figure out which boxes are for what. Fuel delivery as in fuel pump? Seems to be a common issue I've seen while looking through forums with similar cars. Will look up codes this evening.

Got the codes off the diagnostic boxes:

Transmission:
114 - Program selector open circuit or short circuit to supply.

Fuel System:
443 - Catalytic converter (TWC) efficiency, low.
435 - Front oxygen sensor HO2S slow.

Have had issues with ABS for a bit so I'm not surprised there are this many codes coming up.
ABS:
444 - No supply to hydraulic unit valves.
311 - Left front wheel sensor, open circuit or short circuit.
213 - Left rear wheel sensor, signal absent when moving off.
214 - Right rear wheel sensor, signal absent when moving off.
141 - Faulty pedal sensor, short circuit to ground or supply
142 - Faulty brake light switch, open circuit or short circuit.
144 - Brake discs have been overheated (this one I know for a fact due to a close shave with a reckless driver on a one lane dirt road with 15ft drop off into ditch, ABS saved my car and myself as well haha)

Combined Instrument:
122 - Temperature signal interval too long.

I'm currently repairing front passenger seat, it is a heated motorized seat so I have the wires unplugged. Not sure if SRS sending codes because of that but will post those anyways.

SRS:
212 - Steering wheel module, open circuit in wiring circuit.
222 - Passenger airbag, open circuit in wiring circuit.
232 - Left belt tensioner, open circuit in wiring circuit.
242 - Right belt tensioner, open circuit in wiring circuit.

It's a lot of codes, most of the issues may be from before I got the car. Would like to fix most or all of them, worked for years on Toyota trucks so I'm completely new to Volvo cars. Any help figuring out the reason it's stalling and even fixing the other problems would be of immense help :)

That's a lot of codes, there. On a quick review, I can't see much that should be causing your issues, really... so do what abscate said (which is always sound advice ;) ) and clear the codes. What you'll have to do, really, is drive the car to make it set new codes, if it's got any.

That said, there's a few things you should do first.
Check fuel delivery. That means listen for your fuel pump when you put your ignition in II. Then, borrow/lend/buy a gauge to see if there's fuel pressure on the fuel rail. You do that by attaching a compatible gauge on the Schrader valve on the driver hand side of it. Prime your pump (by setting ignition to II), and check.

Go over all your air and vacuum hoses, and check for leaks and popped off hoses. That includes checking the large vacuum hose running from intake manifold, under air box to the brake booster. Replace/reattach as necessary.

See if you can locate where the squealing is coming from. Note that the car has 2 belts - 1 timing belt (or camshaft belt), and one serpentine belt. Your car can run (for a while) w/o the serpentine belt, but not the timing belt. Timing belt is under the black cover on the passenger side of the engine (technically the "front" of the engine), and the serpentine belt is on the same side, but is visible.

Report your findings. ;)
