Yet again, 1990 740T Not Starting...
I recently took my 1990 740 Turbo to my mechanic (works on swedish cars) and he said I needed a System Relay. After the System Relay was put in, I went to pick it up. I drove it home, with no problems except for at one red light it started to stall for some reason. Besides that, there was no problems. I got home and tried to start it, and it wont now. I did the OBD and got back a 1-1-1 in socket 6 and a 2-3-2 in socket 2, which is supposedly something about the fuel trim or lamda control? Any help would be great, thanks again.

see if you are getting 12v to the coil with the key on. On my 740 the wire is black/red. If not it is probably the electrical part of the ignition switch. they are a known failure item. If you have 12v to the coil with key on the problem lies elsewhere.
