Hello All,
I have a 2005 S80 that appears to have a fuel injector leaking oil. The typical fuel injector leak symptoms don't seem to be present with this leak nor does the stain seem to be spreading. I don't get a gas smell when the engine is running nor have any engine codes been set off. Idle appears to be normal and I don't feel a power loss even when navigating highway on/off ramps. Any ideas?

That's fuel.
If you undo the 2 x 10mm bolts that hold the intake manifold to the engine and jerk backwards on the whole assembly you can remove the injector assembly and view the seals on the manifold that prevent this from happening. Swap this seal to another location and if the leak moves then you know what you need. If the leak remains it may be the seal on the actual injector that's leaking.
