I wonder if anyone knows how to pull a MAF sensor apart?? I might be able to rebuild one good one from two bad ones... The problem with one of them is the thin metal plate is broken, but the electronics are good. The other one has a good metal plate but bad electronics... Anyway to swap them over?

The mechanics of this probably aren't to bad but I'm sure you will need some way to calibrate this afterwards. That doesn't sound easy to figure out without knowing the entire circuitry in the MAF

I've never seen this information even on the data sheets
