no spark

hello everyone newbe have a 98 v-90 just bought cheep $200 I know unbelievable guy said would run one day than not start for three then start when it felt like it . gave up my gain ,has fuel no spark ,changed ing switch and ign mod ,still no spark ,started checking power in fuse box no power to ing relay ? all 8 main fuses on passenger side good ,where can I go from here ? any help appreciated has fuel can smell at tb thanks bob beautiful car hope to get it running
