I know this is going to sound crazy. I had the same thing and my doctor booked me to see a cardiologist. They were planning to stop my heart and restart it. I suspected that it happened because it started when I ate two very rich deserts and my blood sugar skyrocketed. As soon as the doctor told me I cut out all carbohydrates and 4 days later while I was racing autocross. My heart resynced....right in the middle of a race. I knew instantly that it had. I called the doctor and told him to cancel the appointment but he wouldn't do it until I came in and the EKG showed I was right. I think it was the Adrenalin caused by racing that did it.
