how to equip a 2005 volvo S60 2.5T FWD with high pressure headlight washer

Hi,

I want to buy a brand new front bumper for my car (2005 Volvo S60 2.5T), and I wanted to see if I could add high pressure headlight washers to my car. I really like that system on my dad's 2007 XC90, and I think essentially the same system is available for 2005 S60.

which all cost $40-$60, I was curious if anybody has good instructions on what parts to buy? I don't mind throwing a few hundred dollars more into the headlight washer system on top of the bumper and doing the job myself.
