Seems to be working!!! I've been using ATP AT-20 in Pennzoil Dex/Merck ATF since early December 2016 to treat the leaking PS rack in my 1998 V70 T5. I initially added an amount to the existing fluid in the tank to reach the recommended final concentration. Since then I replaced losses with the recommended mixture. After several weeks without much effect (leak was 6 drops/minute while running and a nice pool on the driveway overnight) the leak began decreasing and now is almost entirely gone. Zero, one or two drops on the driveway overnight. Three months later and I've gone through about 1.5 liter of the ATP AT-20/ATF mixture. The car only drives about 50 miles/week and I persevered because I thought a certain amount of fluid would need to flow through and leak in order to treat the seals. The car is usable and didn't cost $1,600 to repair.

Should I continue using ATP AT-20 from here on out. Is there a significant downside to doing that? If I stop using ATP AT-20 is the leak more likely to recur than if I continue using it?

Thanks for your advice.
