Engine running rough

I pulled code 232 on my 1990 740 turbo and the whole car shakes while idling but when I step on the gas it seems to smooth out. So far I've checked all the injectors with a screwdriver and they all click so I know power is getting to them. What could it be?

232 is fuel trim (lambda control) too lean or too rich at idle. If too rich, high fuel pressure or leaking injector.
