Bulb failure or fuse on panel lights ??

Hi,
The three switches right of my steering column (Sunroof, Defroster and TRACS) do not seem to light up when the headlights are turned on - while the ones left of the steering wheel (Dimmer and rear fog lamp) light up fine.

I checked the fuses and there seems to be only one fuse for all panel lights. Is there some kind of optic fibre type setup with one bulb source for all those switches ?

Could somebody point out how I can fix this ?
