1998 v70 GLT metal coolant pipe help!

I'm new to the forum. I'm having difficulties figuring out how to get the coolant pipe that goes from the expansion tank the lower rad hose off of the car. I've disconnected the two 10 mm bolts from the block and the bracket that is just below it and all coolant hoses have been removed. Could it be corroded together where it slips into the o-ring? I guess if anyone has done a good write up DIY to this project I have had zero luck trying to find it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

That pipe is pressed into the back of the engine close to the water pump. I don't think I would try to replace one unless I had the engine out.

Here is the relevant photo:

Best is to remove only the corroded section, find a hose long enough to span it. The problem is: factory silicone hose (with a white insert( is very good, up to 150K miles. If you use generic heater hoses, it is fine too but due to location near the exhaust, replace the generic hose every 2-3 years.

I used generic hose (I was stuck on a Sunday) but after 2y/24k, it hardened and developed pinhole leak.
Switched back to Volvo OEM hose, so far so good.

PS: Another option: if you cut the metal pipe and need a longer section, google silicone hose.
Or find appropriate copper pipe at local hardware store and use two (2) Volvo OEM hoses to span the gap.

OP, from your post I doubt you are asking about the turbo coolant lines that cn90 refers to.

But maybe you could use the pic he dug up, to point out exactly which pipe you mean. Is it the right-most one in the picture?

Not pressed, just inserted using an O-ring. Not too difficult to replace it.

That bolt is the one I can't seem to find! Is it tucked behind the exhaust where it is inaccessible without pulling the manifold? Thanks so much for everyone's replies this really helps.
