CD changer and hesitating, shaking issue 06 S80

I bought a new 10 disc CD changer and wanted to know since I have nav where the power cord is for the disc changer?

Also when I am driving and take my foot off the pedal, the car shakes and hesitates, any ideas?

I have a 2006 S80 turbo.

I have a 2006 S80 with nav. I bought the Volvo 10 disc CD changer and would like to install it. I see one wire already pre-installed but need to know what else I need and how to install it.

Can any expert please help me out...j
