88 760 turbo, remove crankshaft pulley

I am in the middle of changing my timing belt , tensioner , and crank seal .
I removed the centre bolt for the crankshaft and the pulley does not come off ... this may be a dumb question but do i need a puller to get the pulley off on this application ??
There is not enough room to get my harmonic balance puller in there ...
any suggestions ?

It should just come off without a puller. Try gentle pressure with two screwdrivers behind the pulley. I think there should be enough clearance.

Nope ... Tryed that .... and no Give ! plus the timing cover is all plastic and I am afraid to break it .
I am really stumped

Looks like you will have to resort to the heavy screwdriver (hammer) and try gently tapping alternate sides from as near to the rear as you can get it in.
