thanks for the suggestions...it sat in the hot sun over the last couple of days and things actually look better... I guess "aging" the paint is some sort of natural thing that actually works? I think I'm fine in letting it go like this. The potential buyer was not concerned with cosmetics at all. I'm my worst enemy here. She was much more concerned about it being mechanically sound.

Good news!!
The S70 went to a sweet little college girl who drives to a local community college (I think) and needs it for transportation. If she doesn't then she was a good fibber... Anyway-
Her dad came over and handed me 16 crisp $100 bills with a smile!
That said, it still sits in my yard... they didn't have enough people mobile to actually drive it away.
Only caveat I gave the buyer was, "I'm not your mechanic!"
Actually, glad to see it go to this girl... I would have personally driven it to California and back with confidence.
