Try this link if it works. Was hard to find a tailgate parts layout but this may work to help you:

http://parts.volvounionville.com/p/Volv ... origin=pla

Naturaly when I check the link it gives 2 tailgate layouts, so try clicking on one and see if the details match yours. If not try the other one.

scot850 wrote: 07 Aug 2017, 23:10 That is the famous falling off lower tailgate inner panel but the OP would appear to be talking about the upper portion I think that goes up around the tailgate window. Maybe I'm the one getting it wrong here.

loveMy850, if you have the pictures loaded on your computer as .jpg images then they should be fairly easy to add on.

Make sure you click on the 'Full Editor & Preview' button below the reply box. This then has a section below it in blue that has Options or Attachments. Click on Attachments and There then appears a little grey box with Add Files. Click on that and it will allow you to add picture files from your computer.

When you add a picture is asks you to place it in line. Click the cursor in the place you want to add the picture then click on the Place in line box and it should add your picture in there. You will not see the picture just a line of info. If you want to check what you have done click on the Preview button below the box and you should then see any pictures you have added. You can then go back down to the subject box and add any more stuff or pictures.

On completion hit Submit and it should add your question, dialogue and pictures.

I have had problems with the pictures I have added using various software and it won't add them to the MVS web-site. I have had to copy the pictures and make copies in the Pictures section of Windows and then for some reason they add.

Watch out for the Robot software as it has you going crazy verifying you are genuine. Follow the instructions and you should be ok.

Good Luck,

Neil.
Yep that'ed be the one the upper portion that goes around the tailgate window, I am getting so flustrated, I cant find the clips anywhere on line, I went to napa and bought a bag I thought with a little creativeness, nope didnt work, Hell I dont know what ta look for N. The clip is in a v shape, like triangle, with an open end. aarrhhh.... nuts!!!
