2001 S60 2.4T seriously rough ride

My first post - I am having an issue with the 2001 S60. It feels like bad gas, but it's been going on 15K miles. In the morning going to work, and the afternoon coming home, for about the first 30 miles the car runs rough, at times shaking so bad it feels like it's falling apart. This typically happens at mid range speeds, 30mph to 70 mph, as i accellerate. As soon as i let my foot off, even at a constant speed, it stops shaking. I have had the tires rotated and balanced, thinking it was them, no help. Had the tires replaced, no help. Had the suspension checked, no problems, no help. Had the air induction system cleaned, including the throttle plate, etc, no help. Someone suggested it is the ignition system, i am leaning toward fuel injector issue. It heads to the dealer again Friday, 9/14/07. Any ideas before then? I see motor mounts listed for vibration issues, this a possibility?

Have you had the (free) ETM throttle upgrade? If not do it.
If you already have, you may need a new throttle body

JRL, I called the dealer to make sure i had this done. They insist i have this upgrade. It goes in tomorrow. I'll post what they find.
