I have a base 1999 s70 and was thinking of picking up a spare set of rims.
I read up on some common threads about wheel size and I thought I understood what to look for.
From this thread viewtopic.php?f=39&t=59248 I got to see a bunch of standard rims for the s70 and the default/standard size seems to be 6.5x15x43 . Great. Then I went searching for used rims and got confused.
I saw an ad for some used volvo rims that I couldn't find on that page.
They looked like this: but the size is apparently 6.5x15x52.5 I've found several references that point to a lot of volvo models (850, S70, s60, s80 etc) having a max offset of ~43.
So I'm assuming those rims I've pictured with a 52.5 offset will NOT fit my 1999 s70 properly. Correct?
Does anyone know what those rims were for?
Thanks
Andy
