98 s70 wont start new battery

I have a 98 volvo s70 . i bought the car last year and recently the car was over heating so i put coolant in then come find it was coming out the back of the car so the car cut off . waited a hour now it doesn't start at all replace the battery still not turn over . anti theft light only blinks when car is off . this is my only car and i had lost my job because of this car not starting up i need help please anyone . you can smell the fuel so its not the fuel pump or starter or alternator so im confuse on what to do .

Is it cranking and turning over and not firing?

Make sure your coolant bottle is full, these cars do not like to overheat. We need to find any broken hoses and fix before starting up

Do you mean coolant is coming out the tail pipe in liquid form or as a big cloud of white vapor?

The coolant won't stay in the car it was coming out the tail pipe

Its cranking and not turning over but sounds like it wants to turn over

You blew a head gasket and/or warped the head a when you overheated it. There is no simple fix, the top end of the engine got to be removed and repaired.

It also smells like antifreeze coming out the tail pipe, correct?
Not just liquid coming out the rear that is dark or clear?

By not turning over - you mean the belts on the left side are not moving, correct?
