slow passenger front window

2005 S80, passenger front window has been slowing down considerably. Pulled off the interior door panel and lubed up the mechanisms with silicone spray. Wiped some silicone grease in the window channels. It's 90% better, but still feels just a bit off. Suggestions on where else to look?

Not the mechanisms, it's the rubber trim at the bottom of the glass that is worn (causes lot of friction) or even broken and a piece got trapped between the glass.

Most often time it's the trim on the inside.

Thanks. Do you mean the trim at the very bottom of the glass where it mounts to the track? Or do you mean trim at the bottom of the window sill/top of the door card?

The second one, the rubber trim that sits at the top of the door car. The exterior one can be pulled by hand, while the interior one needs the window lowered and the door card removed (careful when placing it back as it can go in several ways in but only one way is correct).
