Cylinder head replaced no spark

Hello I'm new here
I have a 2007 s40 I replace the cylinder head and I have no spark timing marks I use the Volvo tool to set it up I have signal to the ecm from the cranckshaft ppsition sensor and the sensor is good I'm lost please help
