Turbo boost control solenoid question.

Everything should be tight, all hoses are silicone, CBV is 2 years old. But always good to pressure test to eliminate anything unexpected, and I will do that. I've convinced myself the solenoid is the problem, but I will be methodic. Stage 0 completed and meticulous. Good to be reminded.
