ABS / Tracs OFF ?

Heh guys. I am donating this car shortly I think to the Salvation Army or Goodwill as I have a week left until the state inspection sticker expires and I go illegal. Not putting anymore $$ into her.
Anyway the ABS/Tracs light is coming on after a period of driving and then when I shut her down and re-start, the lights go out. Should I be concerned at all with driving this car since I am dumping the car soon anyway?

There only concern about driving with the ABS/TRACS light on is the ABS may not be working. But you have probably noticed that it almost never kicked in during the first 20 years of the car's life either. I'd be comfortable driving it for a week or a month, until I got around to fixing it.

Throw it in the classifieds for a giveaway = especially if you don't itemize. This year, short form filers won't get charitable deductions anymore.

What about "long form" filers? I will assume I still can itemize the car's approximate value.

There are no long form filers here. People here are so cheap they re-use engine oil after filtering it through socks.

I cannot believe this. I literally (Just today) bought a 1998 s70 parts car with a good frame due to my wife's brush with a curb.

I wish I had seen this first in case your car would have been a better choice.
When it rains it pours..

Maybe the two of you should connect on the parts car and see if you can both get back on the road??
