That picture above is just the PTC Nipple - lots of words to describe a hole.
The electrical connector is not a valve, its just a heater to keep the hole clean of scrunge. Thats swedish for oil and grease. You are supposed to clean this orfice every 60,000 miles or so ,I think

lol. Thats what I thought too...
I tried with the engine running got it up 3000 Rpms , put in drive gave gas just over 2000 rpms and nothing...
Ok if thats just a heater that should explain the higher resistance 9.3 ohms
Thanks for input.... I pretty much at a lost here...so far all the duct work seems fine all but one 5mm vacuum line had a tiny leak..

Pop the diaphragm out and see I find there are holes or cracks in it

Sounds like the diaphragm is working if when assembled it will hold the vacuum.
I would say you have a leak somewhere in one of the hoses. Can you build a smoke tester? Maybe unhook every line and try pulling a vacuum capping one end.

I did exactly that Superherman.
Found one line would hold vacuum but not pressure,Replaced it... removed all the duct work checked them .. Did find one check valve that was stuck open Replaced that... now the Intake manifold is off I can go thu the firebox, PVC System and check .. its only a year old.... after that No Clue...

Guys?
I do have a question about compression, I did a test on all 5 cylinders. Something to help me think... cold motor fuel fused pulled foot on the floor.
Im getting close to 180 psi on all cylinders. Does that seem normal for these motors and with it cold?
Thanks

Is the car put back together - at least in a state you can start and run it? If so start it and run it for a minute and repeat two more times. Then pull the codes and report back.
180 is a good compression reading - not excellent. Under 150 is suspect. That said all five should be fairly close, I think 10%, of each other. I suppose if you oiled them you could get the readings higher, but compression is fine.

Hi SuperHerman.
No the car is apart, checked the compression before I removed the intake manifold .
Just looking around grasping at straws. Tomorrow ill have all back together.
Looking into replacing my laptop so I can use vida/dice.
So far the only code I been getting is the P0236. Even after replacing tcv and maf... This was from using Innova 3100.
