Check your hoses on the reservoir to make sure they are tight. You should not be getting foaming - that indicates air in the system.
Bleeding any air should not take but one cycle run.

Don't do that with power steering!June wrote: 30 May 2018, 08:06 Cycle the wheel all the way both ways before starting the car in the morning before the fluid becomes foamy. Check the level before starting as well. That was the process for Ford's many years ago and it worked. June

Air in the system is completely normal after flushing.SuperHerman wrote: 30 May 2018, 13:10 Check your hoses on the reservoir to make sure they are tight. You should not be getting foaming - that indicates air in the system.

Ok I started the car this morning and just rested the cap of the sump on top. I cycled the wheel back and forth slowly in full direction. I tightened cap and drove her for about 20 minutes and noticed as it got hot the slight jerkyness was still present.
I will top off sump and repeat tomorrow. I will update my results.

It will disappear ...unless wrong fluid didn't messed something up...but i doubt it.

As I understand the OP's situation is s/he has already changed the fluid and tried cycling a few times. S/he is still having problems. Usually foaming at this stage is air entering into the system from one of the reservoir bottle hoses.
Other possibility based on OP's last post "jerkyness" present could be a bad rack or PS pump. First OP has to eliminate fluid levels and hoses.
OP - prior to doing any work - how did the system function?

The system functioned well with no jerkyness" I will check the fittings on the reservoir in the morning. If air is entering the system then I should see fluid leaking from the only hose I removed, that was the return line.
