Pilot assist clicking noises

Hi all,

I have a S90 that makes clicking noises as in a relay is turning on/off when pilot assist is engaged.

I went to Volvo and they kept the car for 40 days.
They failed to fix it as they say they have never came across the same problem and all things that the factory told them to try, failed to remediate the problem.

I rejected the car as I don't want to have a car that even Volvo can't fix.

They told me to pick up today and wait for the rejection process to complete and that I can drive it.

That brings up a question though :
If Volvo doesn't know how their safety systems work, should I trust them and drive the car?

Has anyone had a similar problem?
