O2 sensor connector help

Doing some work on my auto 1996 850 turbo wagon, got an o2 error code. I think this is the front o2 connector, can some please confirm and let me know what order the wires go in?

Unless you have taken the plug apart they only connect one way...

They can be connected in both ways if you apply a bit of force to skip side guide pins.

You have a mess there....you will need to connect that properly or you will never get rid of o2 sensor code....and the car will run pretty rich with front o2 disconnected.
I mean on wires/connector continuity.
