I found the part on ebay in Poland lol. It is used picked it up for $110 gbp which was like $147 dollars. Supposed to be here by august 10 lol. I cant see paying that much for it. Honestly thats 1/3 what i paid for the vehicle.

The acceleration sensor looks more like it mounts under the console-but hard to tell.

Tasca's parts engine lists both part numbers as discontinued. That's little solace for those of us wishing to keep our cars "forever"

There are about 50 $500-1000 parts that can stop your Car tomorrow, so comparing parts TOM purchase price is never going To make sense.

You may have just found why your car was cheap, too.

Installed the new yaw sensor and no luck dstc service light still on. I took the battery cables and clamped them together for a few hours but no luck light still on.

2001 has two. The one under seat and a second on the bracket under back of console with lateral accel sensor plus yaw sensor.

Driver’s side or passenger side and how is it accessed? Thank you. Is it the same part?

9496549 is Yaw sensor
9496550 is acceleration sensor
