The fact that you don't have check engine light along with all other lights when key is in pos.II,means that ecu is not getting any power.
With symptoms you have i doubt that the bulb is burnt out in the process.
You mentioned that transmission is replaced...was it auto or manual like now?
Transmission was replaced with a manual. When I purchased the car it already had a manual swap done and it worked fine, shortly after I took it to a shop to replace the clutch. The car never had any problems after that except for a bad syncro. I replaced the manual with another one. The serial number on the new one is 197700. Also I have a pictures of the key and wiring diagram. Im not really sure what I would be looking at though. When I was checking for power I checked a26.

Hello guys thank you for all the help and suggestions. The car finally started last weekend. The only thing that I did was let the car sit without a battery, charged the battery, put back the ecu area, and installed the serpentine belt. The car is not running a 100% though getting about 15.5mpg. The air fuel gauge on my car has been all over the place. The car also chokes, feeling like it’s about to die but never stalling. I have replaced the fuel 103 relay along with swapping ecu but the problem still occurs. I have been getting a code for my maf sensor but replaced that and the code went away, but is still having this issue of lean and rich burning. The other codes where to my IAC valve. Yesterday I replaced it with the one off my dads car. The codes are still popping up and the car is still choking. I’m getting the feeling that these problems have to do with my wires rather than the sensors.

P1508 IAC valve closing signal
P1506 IAC valve opening signal

*P1102 power stage group B*
*this is the code to the maf that hasn’t come back sense the maf swap.

Thank you so much guys for your time and help.

Have you checked the wiring to and the connector for the engine coolant sensor (ECT). The connector is up near the power steering pump and is prone to frayed wiring and bad connector. Also check the temp sensor. They also fail causing the car to run rich or random as they begin to fail. There is another thread in the last day or so on this issue. Only replace with and OE part.

There are resistance values based on ambient temperatures.

Check the connecter really closely as they can look good but be bad.

Neil.
