This is not the repair kit with the 2 hangers.. This is the rear most hanger at the end supporting the silencer. A quick Google shows p/n 1017437 sold by SKANDIX, but it's from Germany and shipping on top of it's cost would be around $75. Aside from that, I am really not seeing anything else..
Anyone have any suggestions? I may be able to have one made as well.

This my getto fix. It's been fine for 3 years now and doesn't put stress any longer on the exhaust tip /www.youtube.com/watch?v=i21XF8K1eHM
I personally don't like the hanger design on the muffler tip. The tip on mine failedseparated because of the weight of the muffler which is actually quite heavy on these cars (Volvo put thick solid metal on the exhaust components), in fact the tip itself is quite heavy when you keep it in hand.

Nice quick fix. It'll at least get the strain off everything. Something like that could also be made up with a (hopefully stainless) exhaust hanger strap too.oragex wrote: ↑10 Aug 2018, 04:02 This my getto fix. Any issues with noise while going over bumps or just from vibration?

It is actually very solid and no noises or vibrations. I have to mention the the bracket in front of the muffler was replaced, so the whole exhaust is now properly supported.

I recently installed the Clamp with 2 hangers for the middle of the car.
I wonder if you can use the same clamp for the rearmost area. My rearmost clamp is still OK but rusted.
This is the DIY for the clamp with 2 hangers...

The shop that did my XC90 used some rebar - bent it like CN90's pictures and welded it to the exhaust.
Basically all you are doing is bending that shape - dry fit so it fits into the hangers, while supporting the muffler, and then welding it to where the old piece was welded. Once done insert into the hangers - or I suppose you can insert it first and then weld but the heat may melt the hangers.

I'm starting to agree with Oragex's first post on supporting the actual silencer as opposed to it's rearmost pipe since he said it was so heavy.SuperHerman wrote: ↑10 Aug 2018, 23:18 The shop that did my XC90 used some rebar - bent it like CN90's pictures and welded it to the exhaust.

The wire is ghetto for sure, but it's a quick fix nonetheless.

Another option is to use metal strap, the same stuff plumbers use to suspend pipes.
A few dollars at hardware store.
- Just use a floor jack to lift the rear muffler up a bit.
- Then use the metal strap (similar idea to "Oragex" post above).
