So now it’s turning over well and cranking but not firing?

We have to sort out it it isn’t getting fuel or ignition. Can you get some starting fluid, or ether, and put a 2 second shot into the air cleaner and see if you get some firing?

A less reliable way is to just check for a good squirt of gas from the valve on the rail, into a rag. I’ll try to find pictures for you.

Check for spark....pull the center wire of the distributor (looks like a fat beer Can size thing with 6 wires coming off the end and use a clothespin to hold it close to. ( about 1/8 inch) a metal part of motor. One of the kids cranks the engine, you Look for a fat blue spark of happiness

I'll try this one more time ... Pulling which of the three fuses stopped #6 from blowing?

As per RickHaleParker the 3rd fuse is "11C/10 Ignition switch". Is this the one that you have to remove to get fuse 6 to stop burning out? If so, that is likely why the car won't start. You can leave central locking fuses out without affecting starting, but you likely need all ignition switch signals for your car to start. You need to find the short associated with this fuse and fix it. To start with, post the wiring diagrams associated with this fuse if you would like additional help (look under ignition and fuel delivery section and find diagrams that use this fuse)

The ignition switch electrical part often fails on time and miles on these cars. It’s an easy three bolt removal and replacement if you can risk $50on a part that will likely fail soon.
