Replacing the rear 3rd seat latch?? any help here??

All right guys.. here's one for you... I have a 1998 V70 T-5 With the rear 3rd seat option. My latch is broke off.. and the dealership is sending me all the parts.. but no diagram... any ideas how to get to that latch? Do you have to take the entire seat apart??

While we are on the subject of latches.. I also need to change out the latch mechanisim for the hatch door.. it sticks..and needs to be replaced... Big job??
