1998 V70 AWD what would cause control arm ball joint to keep failing

If your control arms have just bushings failed...they are replaceable and they are pretty cheap.

They are still replaceable but just might not be so cheap.

So far my Febi is holding up. Are you sure it is TRW, they make the tie rods for these cars not the control arms

Trw makes control arms for our cars.
'97 850 2.5 20v / fully equipped / Motronic 4.4 from the factory / upgraded with S,V,C,XC70 instrument cluster / polar white wagon

That is what I’m told , I did see TRW control arms online they were $123 each .
