I just replaced the front CV joint (at long last; and it went fine) on my 2003 XC90 T6. I am seeing that the front section of the propshaft is angled to the left slightly, then goes straight back from the center bearing to the rear end. I removed the propshaft some time ago, and cannot remember if it had that same angle when I removed it. I took pics at the time, but none that show that discrete part.
So my question is: Is the propshaft supposed to come off the front at this angle? I can't see how I could have mounted it "wrong" due to the plate that the center bearing is screwed into, but it's bugging me not to know for sure.
Thanks
Proper Propshaft Angle

I had the same question several months ago - for the same reasons. They have an angle to them. Glad you got it sorted.
