82 240 2door euro, no-turbo, automatic a few questions...

Ok, been driving this little 2 door since July, 140,000+ miles (odometer broken,surprise!) I say euro because it was built in Sweden and has slightly different front end, 4 round headlights, not sure if it has a different engine than other 82's it seems to compare body wise to a 79.. Anyway, transmission slips when car first starts, put it in drive, press on the gas and nothing. It sits for a minute, then "catches". fluid full, does seem to use a little, but haven't seen any leaks. #2. Blower switch off, but hear a noise like low speed fan spinning, not to quietly I'm afraid! but why won't it shut off? #3. What is the seat belt fix when you pull the belt out and it locks all the time? I have the patience to fiddle with it but my passengers (children) do not. #4. Car runs like a bear in the cold, but doesn't like warm weather!! loads up and will barely pull out! no stutter, just no power. I'm talking 10mph with it floored! gradually gaining speed. Cold weather,runs a little rough, but great pickup. #5. Want to put 4 speakers in, not sure how to wire them, have front speakers, no wires appear to ever have been run to rear. Have stereo from 87 740 and one from 83 240, but they both have plugs as does the car, the wiring diagram I came across on line, says rear speakers, yellow-brown and yellow black-no such animal here. Would appreciate any advice on any of these topics, I love my little car!!
