This is a pre 1980 245, without a drive line (engine-transmission gone)....at VolvoClub's site, they don't give VIN info.

I think VC 24545 means a 2.1 fuel injected engine (B21F) in a 245. "M...1" I'm not sure about...vehicle has a auto shifter in it

Any thoughts here on exact year?

Sadly, someone removed driveline, and a scrap dealer has it now. I could get it running again...with my spare engines/transmissions, but what's the price is the question now.
