Update : I've noticed that my car stumbles at idle. It's not new but I considered it as normal behaviour before and I think it might be part of the symptoms. And unplugging the MAF doesn't change anything regarding the idle stumble.
I've also noticed that the 5th cylinder's "plug hole " is very dirty compared to the others. I don't know if it could be related.
I haven't done the PCV but the glove test and the dipstick test were both negative.

What you mean by dirty?
Covered with oil?
When spark plug is removed or not?
Besides the sp.hole....is spark plug on that cylinder also dirtier than others?
What about oil consumption on 1000km or between changes?How much?
After a short drive in high rpm...they ALL should look dry and light grey(the electrode and prongs).

Update!
After replacing the spark plugs with volvo OEM and the ignition wires with Bougicord my problems are now gone!
No misfire at idle and a smooth acceleration.
