My demist fan will not stop even with the car off locked i have to pull the fuse, also the radio fuse blows as soon as i replace the fuse.
Any ideas what will cure this please.

it should spin for 5min or to dry the evaporator. but no longer than 15 min

k, I'll bite.
What year, what engine, what fuse location/number do you pull for the fan and what fuse location/number blows when you plug it in? Does the radio fan blow whether or not you have a fuse in for the cabin fan?
Add any and all detail that you can, including any electrical "add-ons" the car has or work or damage or anything else you can think of to throw in for consideration. Fan running all the time (even when car is off is off) might be a short in the fan controller/resistor since the CCM normally provides the on/off and speed.
If you can get back with a little detail plus history, think it would be helpful.
