Y squeezed the return Lane And the pressure kept the same, i think the pressure rise when i start the engine is caused because the alternator is giving a little more voltaje than batery does?

That kind of brings us around to the pump again. Pressure should climb quickly with return line closed. If it doesn't that means replace pump.

That is quite normal for a T5, maybe a bit low. The R models go a bit further. And my T5M goes a bit further as well, but then drops back immediately because it has boost spikes.
you can always shorten the wastegate rod a bit (by like 1-2 turns the max.), but be careful because you can cause harm. Use a vac tool to set the base value of (I think) 1.8 psi for the M4.3 T5s and then shorten by about a turn. This wakes up the brick at low rps/speeds.

Please do some reseearch, I am writing based on my (confused) memories.
