2013 S60 T6 moonroof stuck

I tried to open moonroof and it opened about an half inch and got stuck. Although I can hear a click while pressing the open button , moonroof doesn't want to move . I checked both fuses...maybe a sunroof relay is a problem but I cannot find it. Any other ideas? thanks for any input

Check the Moonroof tracks for obstructions.

no obstructions, I would have heard the motor trying to go...I still believe it must be a trick to fix it: pressing couple buttons at once ...or in certain sequence...like tricks in a cellphone

I just bought that car then and they - Volvo dealer - fixed that moonroof free of charge. Honestly I don't know how they did that, I got a rental car for three days while my car was at the dealership.But check first fuses - one 5A and one 20A...mine both were good....
