2001 Volvo V70 2.4 petrol manual no reversing lights

Hi there can anybody help me with my reversing lights. I've checked the reversing lights switch it's ok. The contacts in the light clusters and bulbs are all ok the fuse is fine. According to the diagrams of my fuse box the relay position 14 and 15 are supposed to be for the reversing lights and break lights but those positions are empty in my REM yet the break lights work fine but the reversing lights don't. Is there slight differences in REM's and how can I cure this reversing light problem.
