2004 XC90 Turbocharger issue

I did check the clamps, the last time I had the plastic tubing off I put new clamps on. About 5 years ago the car rear ended another at less than 10 miles per hour, I replaced the front impact bar and bent everything else up there back in shape. Then she started throwing codes which all pointed to vacuum leaks and we also had a strange smell in the car that would come and go and then I started noticing the oil coming where the plastic meets the metal but it was nothing like it is now. I'll take the smaller plastic pipes off and check them again for cracks and the amount of oil in them. Any guess as to what I am looking at dollar wise to have the two turbos serviced at an independent? I don't mess with anything exhaust related myself.

Sorry for the delay in responding to the thread. I ultimately took the car to an Indy and one of the turbo wastegate diaphram was shot, I had both turbo wastegates replaced and she is back running like new. Thanks for everyones feedback.

My second post mentioned putting pressure and watching the wastegate diaphragm.

Out of curiosity where did they source these? Generally they are not sold separate as they are part of the entire assembly.

My bad, I had the turbos replaced. You are absolutly correct, the wastegate has a spot weld where it attaches to the turbo. It's a labor intensive job and it mades sense to do them both at the same time. The job was about $3500
