Rotor size question.

Pads are the same. Caliper is the same as well.
The only difference is the caliper mounting bracket.
They should be different. Just talked to a friend who got blue box pads for the 850 (15 inch) and the C70 (16 inch) and they have different parts numbers and are made by different manufacturers in different countries and the pad material looks different.

The V70 comes with both 15 and 16 inch wheel options - I have a T5 with 16 inch wheels and 280mm brake rotors

This should be correct, it is very unlikely to have 302's. But measure them once and be done.

Yeah, I've never understood why parts sites designate "w/ 15" wheel" or "w/ 16" wheel". They should be the same. The only factory options for front brakes on these cars are 280mm or 302mm.

I'd agree with that, I was looking at braided brake lines the other day and they were all organized by wheel sizes.
I'm not spending a hundred bucks just to find it out it doesn't fit...
My car also came with 16" and has 280mm
