Brake lights inop 2002 V70-24T

Hello all,

I was getting a brake light inop light on the console so I removed both bulbs and found that they were both burned out. I replaced them with 2 new bulbs but the system is still inop. I checked the fuse, it was good and it had power to the fuse, although when I checked for power at the bulb I found no power. I don't have a wiring diagram for the system so I am lost at this point, Another note, the center brake light works but I think it runs off a separate fuse/circut. Does anyone know where the brake light relay is?
