Lack of power/high fuel consumption

Hi first post my name is Matt. I just bought a 98 s70 after owning one before. This one gets maybe 200 miles to a tank of gas and has no power. If I floor it it takes off slower then it should but if I press the gas pedal down at a slow rate it seems to have more power. I just tuned it up(plugs, cap, rotor, wires) all Volvo parts as well as a high flow air filter and fuel filter with no change in power. The check engine light is on. Anybody have any ideas or experienced the same thing?

Have you checked compression?

what are the codes? If the check engine light is on, you should pull codes and it's a starting point.

Turbo or NA? Which engine? How many gallons to refill at 200 miles? All 18 gallons? How many miles per gallon are you getting? Are any codes present? June

Check the codes first.
