Repaired the PCV hoping to eliminate the rear main seal leak but no luck.
What other seals, gaskets, etc...should I replace while transmission is pulled. Axle Seals, Pump Seals...?
I'm also having a hard time finding the correct part numbers, so any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked with a Volvo dealership on the part numbers? Kline Volvo in St. Paul has been really helpful to me when I've asked them to look up something. 651-481-9600.
I'm assuming it has an automatic trans, so you might consider changing the transmission cooling lines to/from the radiator. Maybe open up the pnp and clean the points, there's a tutorial on this site.
I've never seen an 850 dash or steering wheel that looks like yours; it's really cool. Was that a special edition?

You pulling the engine-trans as a unit or dropping the trans out the bottom? Anyway if the engine becomes free of the subframe one way or another, this is absolutely a time to change to oil pickup tube o-rings, inside the oil pan. Be sure to buy those from Volvo.
Axle seals, trans input shaft seal. Make sure the torque converter clunks all the way into place when you re-mate the trans and engine!

You can replace the transmission input shaft seal while it's out, but other than that the only thing that I can think of off the top of my head is the rear main seal. I would recommend also replacing the rear cam seals and oil cap seal if those are leaking (and of course anything else that may be leaking, but those are 3 of the easiest seals if they show evidence of leaking).
If the axle seals are leaking or look suspect, replace them.

Before removing the trans to repair the rear main seal, it may be worth trying one of the oil seal repair products. Can't remember the brand name of one (ATM-XXX (?) or something like that) and there is also a similar product from Blue Devil. I have used both and had success. A 97 850 Auto had that done 3 years ago and is still leak free.

Thanks all..afraid to use the ATP product with 220k+ miles. The Trans Shaft Seal is one part I was thinking about, si that the same as Pump Seal? Having someone do the job as I'm in a wheelchair so will have to check on extent of removal.
I found one diagram with parts but only show one side/end of engine. Any links to additional diagrams?

Look at the auto trans parts breakdown at volvopartswebstore.com.
I've heard good things about the AT-205, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to give it a try.

I'm not sure, that's the only type of parts diagrams I've ever found for these cars unfortunately.
